| Obverse description | Bare-headed, draped and cuirassed bust of Geta as Caesar facing right, depicted from the rear in the characteristic Severan provincial style. The portrait shows the youthful features of Lucius Septimius Geta, with visible paludamentum draping over the cuirass. A circular legend surrounds the bust within a dotted border, partially obscured by surface wear and patination. The die-cutting reflects the provincial workshops of Bithynian Nicaea active under the Severan dynasty. |
