| Obverse description | Draped bust of Agrippina Minor facing right, her hair arranged in waves and gathered at the nape in the characteristic Julio-Claudian style. The effigy is rendered in profile with careful attention to portraiture detail typical of provincial Phrygian coinage of the Neronian period. The circular Greek legend ΑΓΡΙΠΕΙΝΑ ΣΕΒΑΣΤΗ (Agrippina Augusta) surrounds the bust. |
