Obverse description Bare laureate head of the emperor Hadrian facing right, with slight drapery visible on the left shoulder. The portrait is rendered in the characteristic provincial style of Mysia, with fine facial detail. The Greek imperial titulature legend runs around the periphery of the flan.

(Translation: Emperor Caesar Trajan Hadrian)
Reverse description A winged caduceus depicted upright in the center of the field, with intertwined serpents rising along the staff and wings spreading symmetrically at the top. The civic legend of Miletopolis is distributed around the periphery, with the magistrate's abbreviated name divided on either side of the central device. The composition is typical of civic bronze coinage from the Conventus of Cyzicus under the Antonine period.
