Nacrasa was a minor Lydian city whose civic coinage under the Flavians was modest in output and is poorly documented in the ancient sources. The magistrate abbreviation ΜΑ appearing on this issue has not been conclusively expanded, a frustration that runs through much of the Conventus of Pergamum's smaller municipal series. Coins attributable to Nacrasa remain genuinely scarce in collections, a reflection of the city's limited economic reach rather than survival attrition.
