Obverse description Jugate bare heads of the three Triumvirs — Marcus Antonius, Octavianus, and Lepidus — facing right, rendered in low relief in the provincial Greek hammered style. The portraits are arranged in close succession, with the nearest figure's features most prominent. The flan is irregular with a heavily patinated surface, rendering individual portrait details difficult to distinguish.

Reverse description Facing cult statue of Artemis Ephesia depicted in the characteristic xoanon form, rigidly erect and frontal, flanked by lateral support struts. The goddess is shown in the traditional Ephesian type with multiple rows of pendilia at the chest and a polos headdress. The field to either side is occupied by a multi-line Greek inscription recording the names and titles of the issuing magistrates.
