| Obverse description | Bare-headed, bearded portrait bust of Antoninus Pius facing right, rendered in the provincial style typical of Mysian civic coinage. The emperor's facial features display the characteristic short beard and naturalistic portraiture associated with Antonine-period bronzes. A partial legend in Latin encircles the portrait, reading ANTONINVS AVG. The flan is slightly irregular, as is common for hammered provincial issues of this period. |

| Reverse description | Confronted busts of Marcus Aurelius and Faustina II arranged symmetrically within the reverse field. To the left, the bare-headed bust of the young Marcus Aurelius (Verus) faces right, distinguished by a short beard indicative of the period circa 147–161 CE. To the right, the draped bust of Faustina II faces left, rendered in typical provincial style. The Latin legend VERVS ET FAVSTINA AV encircles the design, referencing both co-heirs of Antoninus Pius on a single civic issue from Parium in Mysia. |
