The effigy is encircled by a Greek legend reading ΔΟΜΙΤΙΑ ΑΥΓΟΥϹΤΑ, distributed around the periphery. A dotted border frames the design. The portrait displays the characteristic Flavian coiffure, though detail is worn.

The figure stands on a crescent or globe at its feet. The ethnic legend ϹΙΛΑΝΔΕΩΝ is inscribed around the field, identifying the issuing civic authority. The design is enclosed within a dotted border.
