| 正面描述 | Laureate bust of Emperor Hadrian facing right, with drapery visible on the left shoulder. The portrait is rendered in the typical provincial Roman style of the Alexandrian mint, with the laurel wreath clearly distinguishing the imperial effigy. The flan is small and irregular, and heavy patination obscures fine surface detail. No legible legend is discernible on this example. |

Alexandria's municipal bronze issues under Hadrian used regnal year dating — L ΙΑ marks year 11 of his reign, equating to 126/127 AD. Hadrian visited Egypt personally in 130 AD, the only reigning emperor to do so since Augustus, and the provincial mint's output shifted noticeably around that visit. This piece predates that arrival by several years.
