Reverse description A circular oak wreath occupies the central field, enclosing the regnal year date rendered in Greek characters. The wreath is tied at the base and depicted with stylized foliage fronds arranged symmetrically around the date inscription. The date LΜ (Year 40 of Augustus, corresponding to 10–11 CE) is prominently placed within the wreath. This reverse type follows the standard Alexandrian dating convention using the Egyptian regnal year prefixed by the letter L.
