Obverse description Laureate head of Hadrian facing right, with possible traces of drapery visible on the left shoulder. The portrait is rendered in the characteristic provincial style of Alexandrian coinage, with a simplified but identifiable imperial effigy. The flan is small and irregularly struck, consistent with low-denomination Egyptian bronze issues of the period.

Reverse description A sistrum depicted in the centre of the field, the sacred rattle associated with the cult of Isis, rendered schematically with a looped handle and horizontal crossbars. Below the sistrum, the regnal date legend L ΔΕ is inscribed in Greek characters, denoting the tenth year of Hadrian's reign. The design occupies the full flan within a plain border, typical of small Alexandrian bronze issues.
