Obverse description Laureate head of Hadrian facing right, rendered in low relief typical of Alexandrian provincial coinage. The portrait displays the characteristic short curled hair and laurel wreath of the emperor. The flan is small and irregular, with surfaces showing heavy patination consistent with the coin's age and burial history. No visible legend surrounds the portrait on this diminutive issue.

Reverse description A stag standing to the right, depicted in a simplified stylistic manner characteristic of small Alexandrian bronze issues. The animal is rendered in profile with its body occupying the central field of the coin. The regnal date formula L ΙΑ (Year 11) appears in the field, identifying the issue to the eleventh regnal year of Hadrian. The surfaces are heavily worn and encrusted with green patina, obscuring fine details of the design.
