Obverse description Bare or laureate head of Trajan facing right, rendered in low relief on a small flan with heavily patinated surfaces. The portrait displays the characteristic close-cropped hair and strong profile associated with Trajanic coinage from the Alexandrian mint. No legend is present, consistent with the small-module bronze issues of Roman Egypt. The coin exhibits the irregular flan and rough surfaces typical of locally produced Alexandrian bronze coinage of this period.
