Below the main device, a Brahmi legend partially reading '(si)vamagha', identifying the issuing ruler. A ladder-like symbol appears beneath the legend, serving as an additional dynastic or workshop mark. The entire design is struck on an irregular flan in the prevailing cast tradition of the Magha dynasty. |
