| Obverse description | Diademed and bearded portrait bust of Attambelos IV facing right, rendered in the Hellenistic tradition with a fillet-bound diadem encircling the head. A wheat stalk appears in the right field, likely a symbol of royal abundance or local agricultural prosperity. The portrait exhibits the characteristic stylistic conventions of Characenian coinage, blending Eastern and Hellenistic artistic influences. The facial features are rendered with moderate relief typical of hammered bronze issues of this region and period. |

| Reverse description | Herakles seated left upon an anvil-shaped seat or rock, depicted nude in the Classical tradition. He holds a club with his right hand, resting it upright upon his right knee. The royal legend flanks the figure vertically in the fields to either side. A monogram identified as Dobbins no. 6 appears before the head of Herakles, and a secondary letter identified as Dobbins no. 12 is placed below his right arm. A date in the Seleucid era appears in the exergue, though it is generally illegible on surviving specimens. |
