| Mô tả mặt trước | Debased schematic figure of the goddess Ardochsho (Lakshmi) seated facing in the field, rendered in the degraded post-Hunnic style characteristic of Kashmir staters of this period. Flanking the central deity are highly stylized attendant figures or linear symbols, and a recumbent animal, likely a bull or lion, is depicted in the lower register. The overall composition is crude and heavily worn, retaining the iconographic conventions inherited from earlier Kushano-Sasanian prototypes. The flan is irregular and slightly convex, consistent with hammered copper coinage of early medieval Kashmir. |

The legend reads श्री सङ्गराम देव, identifying the issuing ruler Sangrama Deva, king of Kashmir (r. 1003–1028 CE). The lettering is rendered in the early Sharada script, characteristic of medieval Kashmiri epigraphy. The field shows considerable die wear and surface corrosion typical of copper issues of this dynasty. The flan is irregular and the strike uneven, as expected for hammered coinage of this era. |
