Beschrijving keerzijde	A horseman gallops to the right, depicted in animated Hellenistic style with a flowing chlamys billowing behind him and a long spear leveled horizontally in his extended right hand. Above the horse, the ethnic ΚΟΛ (for Kolophon) is inscribed in the upper field, with the magistrate's name ΠΛΑΤΩΝ (Platon) appearing in the lower field or exergue below the horse. A lyre or similar symbol is visible in the upper left field, serving as an additional civic or magistrate's emblem. The overall composition conveys vigorous movement characteristic of late Classical and early Hellenistic civic bronze coinage.
