Reverse description Nude youth on horseback galloping to the right, depicted in dynamic motion with the rider leaning forward and both forelegs of the horse raised. The legend ΦΙΛΙΠΠΟΥ arcs across the upper field. Beneath the horse, a forepart of a lion facing right serves as a control symbol. The mint monogram Λ-Υ appears in the exergue, referencing the issuing mint of Lysimacheia. The composition follows the established Macedonian bronze coinage typology originally associated with Philip II.
