توضیحات روی سکه	Jugate busts of the two princes Epiphanes and Kallinikos facing one another in confronted arrangement, each draped, set within a dotted border. Between the busts, a central caduceus or sceptre divides the field vertically. The encircling Greek legend ΒΑϹΙΛΕΩϹ ΥΙΟΙ (Sons of the king) runs around the periphery, identifying the two royal heirs of King Antiochos IV of Commagene. The coin displays the characteristic Hellenistic portraiture style prevalent in the eastern dynastic coinages of the first century AD.

توضیحات پشت سکه	A large Macedonian-style kausia helmet, viewed from the front, occupies the central field, flanked on either side by olive or laurel branches springing from the lower field and curving upward to frame the design within a wreath-like border. The Greek ethnic legend ΚΟΜΜΑΓΗΝΩΝ (of the Commagenians) is disposed around the helmet in the field. A dotted border encircles the entire reverse design. The composition is bold and emblematic, consistent with dynastic bronze coinage of the Commagenian kingdom.
