| Reverse description | The reverse is entirely blank, with no design, inscription, or decorative element struck upon the flat flan. The surface shows the characteristic uneven texture of a hammered copper planchet, with natural patination and die marks consistent with the production techniques of Central Asian copper coinage of the late 5th to 6th century AD. The absence of a reverse type is a known characteristic of certain Hephthalite copper issues attributed to the ruler Palyab. |
