Reverse description A large two-handled amphora with a pronounced foot and double loop handles is depicted centrally in the field, rendered in bold relief. To the right of the amphora, a single grain ear is shown, its head pointing upward, serving as a civic symbol alluding to the agricultural prosperity of the region. The Greek ethnic inscription ΛΑΡΙΣΑΙ appears vertically to the left of the amphora, written downward in clear, well-spaced Greek characters. The composition is well-centred within the irregular flan, typical of hammered Aeolian civic bronze issues of the late fourth century BC.
