Beschrijving voorzijde	Laureate head of Asclepius facing right, rendered with fine detail showing thick, wavy hair bound by a laurel wreath and a full, curling beard characteristic of the god's iconography. The portrait is executed in a confident Hellenistic style with strong, naturalistic modelling of the facial features. A beaded border frames the entire design. A partial Greek legend is visible along the upper rim of the coin.

Beschrijving keerzijde	The kerykeion-like staff of Asclepius, depicted upright and entwined by a serpent, serves as the central device. Control letters drawn from the Greek alphabet — Α, Β, or Γ — appear to the left or right of the staff depending on the emission series, serving as mint control marks. The composition is austere and hieratic, typical of the civic bronze coinage of Pergamon during the late Attalid and early Roman provincial period.
