| Aanvullende informatie |
Gulab Singh acceded to the gaddi of Rewa in 1918 following the death of Vyankatarama Raje, and this medallic piece was struck to mark the formal occasion — a practice common among the larger Central Indian states but rarer in Rewa, which produced comparatively little coinage of any kind. The X#M1 designation places it firmly outside the regular currency series, suggesting it was never intended for circulation but rather for ceremonial distribution at durbar.
