Obverse description Central field dominated by a bold, deeply struck Arabic religious legend executed in stylized nasta'liq-influenced calligraphy, reading 'al-khayr fima waqa'a' (the good is in what has occurred), a Shi'a pious phrase. The inscription is rendered in high relief with fluid, interlocking letterforms that fill the flan. A dentilated inner border frames the design, with a plain outer rim visible beyond it. The hammered flan shows characteristic irregular surfaces typical of Afsharid silver coinage. No figural devices are present; the composition is entirely epigraphic.
