| Popis rubu | The reverse bears the Shi'a kalima in bold Nasta'liq script arranged across two principal horizontal registers divided by a ruled line. The upper register contains the first part of the shahada, 'La ilaha illa Allah' (There is no god but God), while the lower register carries the continuation, 'Muhammad rasul Allah' (Muhammad is the Messenger of God). The AH date 1135 appears in the lower exergual area. Small rosette or pellet ornaments flank the inscriptions, consistent with the decorative vocabulary of Safavid-tradition coinage adopted by the Hotak administration at Isfahan. |
