Obverse description Central oval vignette of the Martinswand cliff face in the Tyrolean Alps, flanked by the Tyrolean eagle coat of arms at lower left and the Innsbruck city arms at lower right, with salmon-coloured circular denomination cartouches bearing '99' at each upper corner above the inscription 'Heller'. A decorative green foliate guilloche underprint frames the composition throughout. The lower panel contains a three-line redemption text in black letterpress script, dated 'Innsbruck, am 15. Juni 1920', with three facsimile signature lines for the Säckelwart, the Obmann-Stellvertreter, and the Obmann. The note is identified at lower left as '2. Auflage' (second edition).

Reverse description Central circular vignette of the Zuckerhütl glacier and surrounding Stubai Alps peaks rendered in detailed intaglio-style engraving in brown and grey tones, set within a rectangular frame extending to the full width of the note. Stylised edelweiss sprays occupy the left and right vertical borders. Denomination cartouches in salmon read '99' at upper left and 'Hl.' at upper right. The lower margin bears the issuer inscription 'Notgeld-Sammlerbund' at left and 'Innsbruck Tirol.' at right, with the serial number in a central tablet, and the printer's imprint 'WAGNER INNSBRUCK' at lower right.
