Obverse description	Plain grey guilloche underprint covers the entire field. At upper centre, the title inscription in Cyrillic reads 'Купон білета Державної Скарбниці' with a secondary line noting validity for 10 years from 1 July 1921. The denomination '90 шагів' is printed in bold at centre, flanked on each side by the numeral '7' in large type, with series and serial number at lower left and right respectively.

Reverse description	The reverse is printed in a dusky rose-pink tone on a fine guilloche background of interlocking wave patterns. The overall design is unadorned by text, relying entirely on geometric ornamental elements for its composition.
