Large oval denomination cartouches bearing '90' in bold numerals appear at each lateral margin. The central panel carries the text 'Gutschein über Pfennig' in ornate script, with the issuing authority 'Der Rat der Stadt' and the Oberbürgermeister's manuscript signature below, dated 'Greiz, den 5.
