| Obverse description | Pink and black letterpress Notgeld voucher with a central oval vignette of a panoramic townscape of Windischgarsten set against an Alpine mountain backdrop, signed by the artists Müller and Weider below the vignette. The ornamental border incorporates wheat-ear sprays and six-pointed stars at the corners, with the denomination numeral '90' appearing in circular cartouches at lower left and right. To the right, a separate panel bears the town's heraldic shield in pink and the issuer's name in Gothic blackletter script; the word 'HELLER' appears within a decorative circular device at the top centre between the twin 'Gutschein' inscriptions. |

The centre carries a full authorisation text in German Gothic script stating the issue of vouchers totalling 50,000 Kronen with approval of the Upper Austrian Landtag at Linz, reference Z.16.449 of 9 June 1920, and affirming the municipality's liability and the validity deadline of 31 October 1920. Below the text are four manuscript signatures for the Bürgermeister, two deputy mayors, and the Kassier, accompanied by a circular official municipality stamp at lower left. |
