Obverse description Printed entirely in violet-blue on cream paper stock, the obverse is divided into three vertical panels. The left and right panels each contain a vignette of the Austrian double-headed eagle with shield, enclosed within a dotted rectangular border with the denomination numeral '90' repeated at top and bottom. The central panel bears the large bold title 'GUTSCHEIN ÜBER 90 HELLER' at top, a cursive script legend 'Mödlinger Nachrichten', a small architectural vignette of a local church or chapel below, and a redemption clause text at the foot; a narrow right-hand panel carries a vertical aphoristic inscription in Gothic script within a ruled box.
