Obverse description Typeset Notgeld voucher printed in violet on cream paper, with a geometric Art Nouveau border of interlocking rectangular frames and stylized corner ornaments. The upper centre bears the heading 'Gutschein' in Gothic blackletter script, below which the issuing authority 'der Gemeinde St. Agatha b. W.' is stated; the central text panel sets out the redemption terms in Gothic type, dated St. Agatha, 11. Juli 1920, and signed by the Bürgermeister Georg Altenhofer. The denomination '90 Heller' appears in large numerals at the right margin within a ruled panel flanked by circular guilloche rosettes, while a patriotic verse in Gothic script runs vertically along the left margin.

Die Gemeinde St. Agatha bei Waizenkirchen in Oberösterreich gibt laut Beschluß vom 11. Juli 1920 Gutscheine im Gesamtbetrage von 50.000 Kronen aus und haftet für die Verbindlichkeit, diesen Gutschein bis 31. Dezember 1920 bei der Gemeindekasse in gesetzlichem Bargeld einzulösen.

Reverse description The reverse is printed in violet on cream paper with a simple ruled rectangular border and scrollwork side panels. A large circular vignette at centre contains a detailed line-drawn equestrian portrait of Stöffl Fadinger, the Upper Austrian peasant war leader, armed and in period costume, set against a landscape background. The denomination numerals '90' appear in circular cartouches at lower left and right, and corner inscriptions identify the subject and the historical date of his death.
