| 背面描述 | Two cat portrait vignettes occupy the left and right fields, flanking a central vignette of a single recumbent cat facing left with a goldfish bowl placed before it. The layout echoes conventional banknote reverse composition in a light-hearted novelty register, with denomination numerals '9' at the corners and the legend NINE DOLLARS across the design. The word MEOW appears as a humorous substitute for a standard motto or legend. |

American Art Classics produced a line of novelty "fractional" denominations in the early 2000s — $9, $3, $1½ — designed explicitly as collectible gift items rather than any attempt at currency simulation. The $9 "Crazy for Cats" falls squarely in that market: themed merchandise aimed at hobbyist collectors and cat enthusiasts, printed and distributed by the same company that issued them, with no pretense of monetary function.
Not tracked by Pick or SCWPM. Collectible interest is driven entirely by the theme niche.
