The central text block identifies the note as a 'Gutschein der Marktgemeinde Waldhausen Ober-Österreich über 80 Heller', followed by a paragraph explaining the issuance purpose, the non-interest-bearing nature of the voucher, and its acceptance and redemption schedule up to 31 March 1921.
