正面描述	Printed in blue on white paper, the obverse carries a detailed letterpress vignette of the Rabenstein market street with period shop facades, including a building inscribed 'HANS NEUBURG GASTHAUS', and a church spire visible in the background. To the right, a portrait bust of a bearded gentleman in profile faces left, identified by the inscription 'A. Pallwein Bgmstr. seit 1892'. The denomination '80 Heller' and the issuer legend appear at the top, with the facsimile signatures of the community representatives and the artist's credit 'M. MOSER' at the lower left.

背面铭文	3. Ausgabe Zur Linderung der Kleingeldnot gibt die Gemeinde Rabenstein, N.-Ö., Gutscheine aus. Die Gemeinde Rabenstein haftet für dieses Notgeld und löst selbes nur bis 30. November 1920 in gesetzlichem Gelde ein. Jede Nachahmung wird bestraft. Gemeinderatsbeschluß vom 19. April 1920. LOMMER ST. PÖLTEN
