| Obverse description | Printed in violet on cream paper, the obverse carries two lateral vignettes: a view of the parish church of Pfarrkirchen at left and a domed rotunda identified as the 'Tassilo-Quelle' at right. The central field bears the issuer's name 'Pfarrkirchen bei Bad Hall' in a ruled panel at top, flanked by validity dates 'Gültig bis 1. Oktober 1920' in the upper corners, with the denomination '80 H' in bold numerals at the lower corners. The face value 'Achtzig Heller' is rendered in an ornate Fraktur script, below which a liability clause and the facsimile signature of the Bürgermeister appear above the control designation 'K.N. 1920'. |

| Reverse lettering | Die Gemeinde Pfarrkirchen gibt laut Sitzungsbeschluß vom 24. Mai 1920 Gutscheine im Betrage von 50.000 Kronen aus, und haftet für die Einlösung mit ihrem ganzen Vermögen. Die Gutscheine verlieren ihre Gültigkeit mit 1. Oktober 1920; es werden bis zu dieser Zeit nur jene eingelöst, die mit dem amtlichen Gemeindefiegel versehen sind. Nachahmung wird gesetzlich bestraft.
