The left panel contains a line-art vignette of a church with a tower and onion dome, with the denomination '80 h' at the foot; the right panel carries a vignette of a domed rotunda structure inscribed 'Thassiło-Quelle', again with '80 h' below. The central panel bears the issuer's title 'Pfarrkirchen bei Bad Hall' at the top, the value in ornate Gothic script 'Achtzig Heller', a guarantee text signed by the Bürgermeister, and validity notices 'Gültig bis 1.
