| 正面描述 | Printed in orange and black on cream paper, the obverse presents a central vignette of two standing male figures in traditional dress set against a stylised forest backdrop, flanked by ornate foliate scrollwork borders. Denomination numerals '80' appear in orange-filled cartouches at the upper left and upper right corners, with the value inscription 'Achtzig Heller' across the top in decorative script. The lower portion carries the issuer legend 'Notgeld der Gemeinde Loich' in large orange cursive lettering, followed by the redemption clause, and three manuscript signature spaces for the Kassier, Bürgermeister, and Vice-Bürgermeister. |

| 背面描述 | The reverse is printed on plain salmon-pink paper and carries a single centred typeset inscription in dark red ink. The design is entirely unadorned, the text serving solely to identify this note as belonging to the second edition of the issue. |

Loich is a small parish municipality in Lower Austria, and like hundreds of comparable communities it issued Heller-denomination Notgeld during the acute coin shortage that followed the First World War. The 80 Heller value is an odd one — most Austrian municipal issues clustered around 10, 20, and 50 Heller — which suggests this denomination was calculated against a specific local need rather than issued as part of a tidy matched set.
Druck Radinger in Mariazell handled the printing, a regional press serving the Mostviertel and upper Styrian border area. The designer credit to Jos. u. Schönbrunner is worth noting: this was a Vienna-based firm with a long background in decorative printing and bookplates, an unusual choice for a minor rural commune's emergency scrip.
