Obverse description Navy blue and gold Notgeld printed in letterpress style, with an elaborate geometric border of interlocking diamond and cross motifs framing the entire face. A central rectangular vignette presents a panoramic view of Kirchberg am Wagram, with the church tower visible on the hilltop amid rolling countryside rendered in fine line engraving. Below the vignette, a text panel carries the voucher conditions in Gothic script flanking an oval official stamp, with denomination numerals '80' in white at the upper left and right corners; the designer credit 'fec. Broinger' appears at the lower left margin.

Reverse description Printed entirely in ochre-gold on cream paper, the reverse is dominated by a bold geometric underprint of repeating chevron and diamond shapes covering the full field within a plain ruled border. At the centre, a circular municipal seal displays the town arms — a tower with flanking structures set against a vertically lined shield — surrounded by the legend 'MARKTGEMEINDE KIRCHBERG AM WAGRAM' and a small ornamental star below.
