| Obverse description | Printed in violet-purple on cream paper, the obverse centres on an oval vignette of the historic parish church of Hofkirchen (dated 1541), framed within ornate scrollwork and foliate cartouches; diagonal ribbon banners at upper left and right carry the issuer name 'Hofkirchen' and 'i. Mühlkr.', while bold numeral '80' appears on flanking scroll cartouches at lower left and right. The year '1920' is inscribed at the base of the central vignette, below which a two-column Gothic-script text block sets out the municipality's legal liability and anti-counterfeiting warning, concluding with the printed signature of the Bürgermeister. |

Februar 1920 Gutscheine im Gesamtbetrage von 150.000 Kronen aus und haftet für die Verbindlichkeit, diesen Gutschein bis auf Widerruf bei der Gemeindekasse in gesetzlichem Bargeld einzulösen. Hofkirchen, 29. Februar 1920. Der Bürgermeister: K. Bogg. Nachmachung dieses Scheines wird bestraft. |
