Obverse description The obverse is printed in purple on cream paper within a double-ruled rectangular border. The issuer's title 'Gutschein der Gemeinde Haibach bei Aschach a. D.' appears in a Gothic blackletter header at the top, below which the denomination '80 HELLER' is set in a central framed cartouche flanked by numerals '80' on either side with circular dot ornaments. The lower portion contains a multi-line text block stating the legal authority for the issue, the total amount of 50,000 Kronen, and the redemption obligation at the municipal treasury by 31 December 1920, dated 'Haibach, am 5. Juni 1920' and signed by the Bürgermeister Johann Hinterhölzl, with an anti-counterfeiting warning at the foot.

Die Gemeinde Haibach bei Aschach a. D. in Oberösterreich gibt laut Beschluß vom 5. Juni 1920 Gutscheine im Gesamtbetrage von 50.000 Kronen aus und haftet für die Verbindlichkeit, diesen Gutschein bis 31. Dezember 1920 bei der Gemeindekasse in gesetzlichem Bargeld einzulösen.

Reverse description The reverse is printed in solid purple on cream paper and carries a central oval vignette of a panoramic townscape of Haibach, with a prominent church tower and steeple surrounded by village rooftops and foreground trees rendered in a fine line-art style. The denomination numeral '80' appears in each of the four corners within circular frames set against decorative Art Nouveau corner ornaments. The place-name 'HAIBACH b. A.' is inscribed below the central vignette.
