Denomination panels reading '80 Heller' are set in bold frames at left and right, flanking a central vignette of a rural landscape with ploughed fields, pollarded trees, and flowering branches rendered in an expressive Art Nouveau line style. Below the vignette, a block of justification text in Gothic script sets out the legal basis and redemption terms of the voucher, concluding with the printed signature of the Bürgermeister Franz Weixlbaumer.
