To the right, the issuer's name 'Gemeinde Garsten' appears at the top, followed by the Gothic-script legend 'Gutschein für' and the numeral '80' in an ornate cartouche; the denomination 'Achtzig Heller' is rendered in large decorative calligraphic lettering at centre. Below, a text block states the conditions of issue, with three manuscript signatures of municipal officials — the Vice-Mayor, the Mayor, and a council member — accompanied by their respective titles. |
