| Obverse description | Printed in dark brown on olive-tan paper, the obverse carries a rectangular decorative border with geometric corner ornaments and a dotted inner frame. To the left, a finely engraved vignette presents a street view of Garsten with the Baroque abbey church tower rising above the surrounding buildings.
