| Obverse description | Printed in terracotta-red on pale grey paper, the obverse centres on a bold circular medallion bearing the large numeral '80', set within the spreading canopy of a stylised oak tree rendered in an Art Nouveau woodcut manner. The issuer name 'GEMEINDE' and 'ALTENFELDEN' flank the tree trunk in period Gothic lettering, while two blocks of text in the lower corners record the municipal council resolution date of 6 June 1920 and redemption instructions, concluded by the mayor's manuscript signature. |

| Reverse description | The reverse, likewise printed in terracotta-red on pale grey paper in a letterpress woodcut style, is divided into three pictorial panels: a wide panoramic landscape with rolling hills and tree-lined roads occupies the upper register, while two flanking vignettes below show, at left, a wayside chapel set among trees and, at right, a hillside village with scattered houses. Stylised Art Nouveau numeral corner ornaments bearing the digit '8' appear at each upper corner. The denomination legend 'GEMEINDE ALTENFELDEN / ACHTZIG HELLER' is printed in bold block lettering at centre, with a small guilloche-style ornamental band beneath. |
