| Obverse description | The Public Seal of Niue, surmounted by a royal crown, is depicted within an oval cartouche positioned in the upper left quadrant of the field. The seal features a central device of a palm tree above wavy lines, encircled by the legend PUBLIC SEAL OF NIUE, with a scroll below bearing the motto ATUA NIUE TUKULAGI and two crossed spears beneath the shield.
