| Reverse description | The reverse presents a monumental, deeply sculpted frontal portrait of a lion's head occupying the majority of the field, rendered with exceptional naturalistic detail in the mane, musculature, and facial features characteristic of the Czech heraldic lion. The legend ČESKÁ REPUBLIKA curves across the left and right fields in bold raised lettering. Below the lion's chin, an ornate stylized crown or jewelled collar motif is set with five inlaid faceted Citrine gemstones of varying cuts, providing vivid golden colour contrast against the brilliant proof silver surface. Flanking the crown motif are two heraldic floral elements. The weight and fineness inscription 1000g Ag 999 appears along the lower right field. The Czech Mint mintmaster's mark is visible at the lower left. |
