表面の説明	Plain uncoloured note printed in dark brown ink on cream paper, with a letterpress typeset design within a simple rectangular border. The issuer's name BANCO DE VENEZUELA and the subtitle Emision de la Junta de Recursos appear at the top in bold display type, flanked on each side by the denomination numeral 8 above the word Reales. The body of the note carries a dense block of Spanish-language text specifying the terms of issue dated Acuerdo de 24 de Febrero de 1862, below which appear the handwritten signatures of the Gobernador-Presidente de la Junta and the two Administradores del Ramo de Emision, with the issuance place and date Caracas, 1° Marzo de 1862 printed in the lower text area.
