Obverse description Overprint 'NYOLC PENGŐ' in red letterpress applied across the centre of the 100,000 Korona note (P#72), which retains its original intaglio-engraved vignette of a young woman's portrait in an oval frame at right, flanked by elaborate guilloche borders and corner numerals '100000'. The underlying note bears the Budapest, 1 May 1923 date and the 'PÉNZÜGYMINISTER' signature inscription, with the overprint serving as the revaluation legend converting the Korona denomination to the new Pengő currency.

Reverse description The reverse retains the original multicolour guilloche design of the underlying 100,000 Korona note, with a large central panel bearing the denomination 'SZÁZEZER KORONA' in bold Gothic lettering, surrounded by the denomination rendered in multiple languages: Romanian ('UNASUTĂ MII COROANE'), German ('HUNDERTTAUSEND KRONEN'), Czech ('STOTISÍC KORÚN'), Serbian ('СТО ХИЉАДА КРУНА'), and Russian ('СТОТЫСЯЧЪ КОРУНЪ'). Corner medallions display the numeral '100000' repeated four times within interlocking guilloche rosettes, and paired stylised bird vignettes flank the central cartouche.
