附加信息	Gustav II Adolf's early coinage reflects the financial strain of near-continuous warfare — by 1617, Sweden was simultaneously managing the tail end of the Ingrian War with Russia and preparing for deeper involvement in the Baltic. The 8 Mark denomination was Sweden's largest silver coin at the time, struck in limited quantities and circulated primarily among merchants and the state treasury rather than in common trade. The Stolbovo peace with Russia, signed that same year, secured Swedish control of Ingria and Kexholm, and the influx of territorial revenues helped sustain this level of coinage production, however briefly.
