Beschrijving voorzijde	Central shield bearing a rampant lion to the left, set within a beaded inner circle. The circular legend surrounding the shield reads CVSVS DVSSELDORP with the date partially incorporated into the legend. The design is executed in the late medieval hammered style typical of small German territorial coinage of the mid-17th century.
