| Obverse description | Bare-headed effigy of Frederick II (Frederick the Great) facing right, rendered in high relief with elaborately curled long hair falling to the shoulder in the Baroque court fashion. The portrait is finely detailed, with a pronounced profile characteristic of mid-18th century Prussian coinage. The circular Latin legend FRIDERICVS BORVSSORVM REX (Frederick, King of the Prussians) runs along the outer border, separated from the bust by a plain field. The coin's rim is beaded. |

In the lower portion of the field, a trophy of war spoils is depicted, comprising crossed cannon barrels, a plumed helmet, furled flags or standards, and floral sprays arranged symmetrically.
